Charlotte NC Mental Health Groups Led By Our Counselors
Michael Clark-Borenstein LCMHC

GUY TIME

This group will focus on building confidence with middle school boys. Some of the topics we will discuss include building confidence, overcoming negative self-talk, identifying strengths and talents, communication and assertiveness, handling peer pressure and bullying, mindfulness, and relaxation.

Hosting this group is owner of Bright View Counseling and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Michael Clark-Borenstein!

We will host two FREE virtual parent sessions! One before the first group session and one after the last group session. This will provide an overview of the group and give parents an opportunity to ask any questions and learn how to help reinforce what their children have learned.

The group will meet for six sessions. After each group session, clients will leave with a packet with information including topics discussed and skills to work on.
This is a closed group, meaning all clients will start and end on the same date. Clients must pay for all sessions by the end of the enrollment period in order to join the group.

If you're interested in this group, contact us for the next available dates.
